Придумала и опекает эту почти волшебную реальность жительница дома Нина Мигаль. Как она рассказала АТС, идея создания сказочной площадки возникла, когда Нина Александровна ждала появления на свет первой внучки. «Ребёнку же надо будет где-то играться», — подумала будущая бабушка. И тогда они с дочерью на месте пустыря, служившего местом для парковки, как и любое свободное место в нынешних дворах, решили построить детскую площадку.
А далее — шаг за шагом. Потом им начали помогать соседи и знакомые, некоторые идеи были привезены из других городов, в частности, из Киева, – и вот сейчас, войдя во двор, прохожий сразу встречается взором с трогательной красотой детского мира.
